At Newton’s Taekwon-do, I teach students of different ages and support athletes preparing for national and international competition.
That includes patterns, sparring, and self-defense, with an emphasis on discipline, respect, and steady improvement. Coaching asks me to explain clearly, observe carefully, and help someone else progress.
